Somniq is designed to be private by default. Somniq does not require an account and does not send your
personal data to a backend server for core functionality.

- We do not run third‑party advertising trackers.
- Your preferences and session history are stored on your device.
Data Somniq Stores on Your Device
- Preferences: routine configuration, default sound, breathing style, volume, dim intensity, reminder time.
- Session history: start time/date and duration.
- Optional reflection text (only if you choose to enter it).
- Streak count derived from your recorded sessions.
Data Collection
Somniq does not collect personal data for analytics or advertising by default. If you add analytics in the
future, this policy and App Store privacy details must be updated.
Notifications
If you enable nightly reminders, Somniq schedules local notifications on your device. Notification settings can
be changed at any time in iOS Settings.
Audio
Somniq can play calming sounds in the background (if enabled). Audio playback does not require data sharing.
Your Choices
- You can disable notifications in iOS Settings at any time.
- You can remove Somniq to delete stored data from your device.
- If the app offers an in-app reset, you can use it to clear session history and reflections.
